回來了

經過三個月的練習今天終於跑回了三年前應有的狀態。雖說不上是苦練但不論是寒風澟烈的八度低溫仍然持之以恆,也終於有了回報,今天終於跑出自己滿意的成績。基本上也達到了今年最大的心願,兩小時內跑完21公里,每公里低於6分鐘。置於下一個目標,我並不在乎什麼時間,最重要是健健康康,有體力做自己想做的事情,已經是很幸福了!
